Position Overview:

Intelliwave Technologies is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, engage our target audience, lead generation and discovery qualification while providing support for our sales and marketing objectives while driving growth in a competitive industry. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about achieving growth through sales and marketing initiatives. This full-time position is located in the Edmonton office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop, execute, and track marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop, execute, and track outbound sales campaigns. Qualify interested prospects through outbound calls and emails.
  • Create and edit engaging marketing content, including website updates, blog posts, brochures, presentations, social media updates, email campaigns, press releases, case studies, white papers, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and update client and prospective client information.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of partner related marketing and sales activities.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of trade shows, events, and webinars.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Plan and execute product launches, coordinating promotional efforts across various channels.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or product marketing roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, including team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passionate about engaging with prospects, partners, and team members to foster great relationships.
  • Proficiency in product marketing strategies and tactics, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple product launches and campaigns.
  • Previous experience in the technology, SaaS, B2B, or Construction Technology sectors is advantageous and preferred.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM, Outreach.io, MailChimp, WordPress, Hootsuite, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
