Job Description:
As a Field Engineer, you will work closely with our clients on our Project Sites to help support SiteSense® innovative construction software products on Web and mobile applications. The function of the Field Engineer is to act as the systems engineer on a Project Site working in collaboration with the client’s senior engineering team members to resolve issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction second to none. The Field Engineer creates project plans and then executes on the plan including tasks such as installation, configuration, commissioning, training and ongoing system support of an extensive variety of Intelliwave’s software and system. Once the Field Engineer has commissioned a SiteSense system, various support tasks can include on-going user training as well as identifying, analyzing, and repairing product failures and helping to get replacement parts as needed. The Field Engineer works closely with the client and users to recommend new products and services that will help improve their daily operations and meet their project goals. Intelliwave Field Engineers are experts with a variety of construction and industrial operations concepts, practices, and procedures where they rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity, leadership, and being an ultimate team player is expected.
